Australia Post Honors Olympic Heroes

Commemorative stamps honoring Australia's gold medal winners at the Athens Olympics have been issued by Australia Post and are usually available at major Australian post offices within 48 hours of a gold medal result. Among the first to be given the "stamp of approval" was Australia's most successful Olympian, Ian Thorpe.
