Well, it's not really her birthday today, but New Zealand is celebrating the Queen's Birthday holiday anyway. Australia (except Western Australia which has it on October 2 this year) marks the Queen's Birthday next week. No, it's not her birthday next week either.
In Western Australia, today is Foundation Day, a public holiday in that state.
