Do a Sydney Walking Tour
Thursday November 16, 2006
One of the best ways of discovering a city's attractions is by doing a walking tour. Every time I'm in a new place, I tend to take walks soon after I check into a hotel or motel. Another way, of course, is to take a hop-on-hop-off sightseeing bus tour.
Sydney lends itself to many walking tours. For a leisurely tour of central Sydney, do the walk from Circular Quay to the Opera House through the Royal Botanic Gardens, various museums, and on to Hyde Park in the heart of Sydney. From there, you can continue on to Darling Harbour.
