Festival Time in Fremantle

It's Fremantle Festival time from November 14 to 16, a Friday-Sunday weekend of celebrations and fun.

The three-day 2008 Fremantle Festival is a celebration of the unique, stimulating and colorful culture that enriches Fremantle and invites participation of all cultural, ethnic, arts and community groups.

The festival traditionally includes a number of free events, and this year these include the Wardarnji Aboriginal Cultural Celebration, Lotterywest Street Parade and Carnival, and the Bhangra Street Dance Party.

Leading up to the festival weekend is the Fremantle Community Fringe Festival which starts on November 8.
