Sydney Hobart Yacht Race - Wild Oats XI Leads out of Sydney Harbour and into Open Sea

The maxi yacht Wild Oats XI was leading the flotilla of yachts in the 2008 Sydney Hobart Yacht Race just 30 minutes from start time on Sydney Harbour, December 26, Australian eastern daylight saving time.

Close behind was the other maxi yacht in this year's race, Skandia.
