Monday March 2, 2009
Sydney's colorful Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras comes to a scintillating climax on Saturday night, March 7, with its traditionally spectacular parade. The parade start at Hyde Park in the heart of Sydney and winds its way through Oxford St, then Flinders St, to Moore Park.
While the parade is the final public festival display, it is the Mardi Gras Party following the parade and continuing into the morning that is the festival's culmination.
