It's Moomba Time

Get set for Melbourne's massive carnival-like festival, Moomba Waterfest, which takes place over Victoria's Labor Day long weekend (March 6-9).

There's a host of activities on and along the Yarra River and at Docklands, with the colorful Moomba parade — with its long line of "fantasy" floats and costumed participants — occurring on Labor Day Monday, March 9, in the heart of the city.
