Naracoorte Caves: Get Down Under Down Under

Tuesday April 14, 2009
Get down under into South Australia's Naracoorte Caves. Not only are they a World Heritage site but they also are a popular attraction on the Limestone Coast in the state's southeastern section.

Close to the Victorian border in the southeast corner of South Australia, Naracoorte Caves National Park is part of the World Heritage site comprising two non-contiguous Australian fossil mammal sites. The Naracoorte site is in South Australia, and the other in Riversleigh, Queensland, more than 2000 kilometres away. Photo: Naracoorte Caves National Park © South Australian Tourism Commission
