Perth Royal Show Brings the Country to the City

Perth's Claremont Showground comes alive on September 26, the first day of the 2009 Perth Royal Show which combines carnival experiences with a fun fair atmosphere, exhibitions, entertainment, sideshow rides, showbags and games, live animals, food, retail exhibits, and loads of entertainment.
The show, which brings the country to the city, runs for eight days until October 3.
Claremont is west of the Perth city centre and the Claremont Showground is on the rail line. Going by public transport is best as parking is limited.
