You'll find them mainly asleep in the daytime and this little koala is no exception. He was photographed at the Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary which is 11 kilometres southwest of Brisbane city centre. The sanctuary also has kangaroos, emus, lyrebirds, wombats. The koala is an Australian marsupial and definitely not a bear.
