Doyles, one of Sydney's finer seafood restaurants, started at Watsons Bay and later also opened at the Overseas Passenger Terminal, West Circular Quay, and at the Sydney Fish Markets in Pyrmont.
Doyles at West Circular Quay is now Peter Doyle @ the Quay.
A popular way to get to Doyles at Watsons Bay (where there are three adjacent Doyles venues) is to take the Watsons Bay ferry from Circular Quay. One way of getting to Peter Doyle @ the Quay is to take a train to Circular Quay and then walk a short distance northward along West Circular Quay past the Museum of Contemporary Art.
