Inside St Mary's Cathedral, with sunlight streaming in through the stained glass windows, the church offers, once the Mass and other liturgical ceremonies are over, a haven of silence and peace for weary souls. The cathedral is located in the heart of Sydney at the northeastern end of Hyde Park. The stained glass Great Northern Window depicts the coronation of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
