Yes, they're rather blue, aren't they? These are parts of the Blue Mountains west of Sydney as viewed from Cliff Drive between Leura and Katoomba. The blue haze imparting a bluish hue to the Blue Mountains is said to be caused by a fine mist of oil shed by eucalyptus trees.
