Murray Outback, Victoria

This wallaby was pictured in the Murray Outback of Victoria. Wallabies are a close relative of the kangaroo and are smaller members of the family Macropodidae. There are several types of wallaby, mostly similar in appearance to the kangaroo but shorter and smaller.
