Parliamentary Complex

Wellington, New Zealand

Parliamentry Complex, Wellington, New Zealand

This is the Parliamentary Complex in Wellington, New Zealand, with the Beehive at left, the Old Parliament Building in the centre and the Parliamentary Library Building at right.

The Beehive is the name which has attached itself to the executive offices because of the way the modernist building looks. It was designed by British architect Sir Basil Spence and was completed in 1980.
