New South Wales South Coast

South from Sydney

From Larry Rivera, About.com

The New South Wales South Coast extends from just south of the greater Sydney metropolitan area all the way down to the Victorian border near the old whaling town of Eden. Parts of the South Coast carry such names as the Illawarra, Eurobodalla and Sapphire Coasts.

The nearer South Coast is ideal for daytrips out of Sydney but areas all along the coast are suitable sightseeing and holiday destinations.
