Edwardian with a touch of art deco, the Hydro Majestic at Medlow Bath in the Blue Mountains started as the two-storey Belgravia Hotel and opened as a health retreat in 1891. Changes in ownership, developments, expansion, and refurbishment turned the Hydro Majestic into a hotel, resort and spa popular through the 1920s and 1930s as a place for lovers. It remains a place where Old World charm merges with modern-day convenience.
