Question: Where Is Featherdale Wildlife Park?
Answer: Featherdale Wildlife Park is in the western Sydney suburb of Doonside, about 40 minutes by road from the Sydney centre.

More than 2000 native animals such as kangaroos, koalas, emus, wombats, reptiles and birds in a bush setting are said to be in the park.

A cafe, barbecue areas and souvenir shop are on the premises. Free car parking space is available.

Getting there by car:

Via the M4 - Drive along the M4 motorway, turn off into Reservoir Rd at Blacktown, travel about 4 kilometres than turn left into Kildare Rd.

Via the M2 - The M2 becomes Abbot Rd. Continue on Abbott Rd for about 1 kilometre, then turn right into Johnson Ave which becomes Vardys Rd. Turn left into Sunnyholt Rd, right into Third Ave, then right again into Kildare Rd.

By train and bus: Take the train to Blacktown, then bus #725 from the station.
