Bill Condon
Bill Condon is an Australian author, playwright, poet and for some period of time a journalist.
He has written more than 80 books, including several collections of plays and poetry, as well as short stories, novels and works of non-fiction. A large number of his published books were written for young readers.
In 2001, his book Miss Wolf and the Porkers won the KOALA (Kids Own Australian Literature Awards) in the younger readers category.
Two of his works, Dogs (2001) and No Worries (2006), were Honour Books in the older readers category of the Children's Book Council Book of the Year Awards.
He lives with his wife, writer Di Bates, in a seaside town on the New South Wales South Coast.
